We offer over 160 open courses in the area of digital skills and leadership development in 14 different languages. The courses are bite-sized, free of charge and can be accessed anywhere, anytime. Women Going Digital
This comprehensive 40h learning programme focuses on digital skills development for women, preparing them for the demands of the labour market and thus opening new job opportunities. In 16 bite-sized units, women will learn about topics such as big data, internet of things, etrepreneurship, agile methods and much more. The course is available for learners in English and French.

Women In Tech
The technology industry is a male dominated sphere. Worldwide, only 24 percent of all jobs in the IT sector are held by women. It’s about time to change that! In this short learning nugget, you will meet inspiring women who are successful in the tech industry. By the end you’ll see that there are plenty of opportunities to work in the sector.

Digital Enquirer Kit – Tackling online gender-based violence
In this course, particularly designed for women (and all who identify as women), you’ll learn the necessary skills to recognize and fight online gender-based violence (OGBV). It is part of a larger e-learning programme on how to identify misinformation, verify trustworthy information and staying safe online. The courses associated with the Digital Enquirer Kit are available in 13 different languages.

Fempreneurs of tomorrow
If you seek inspiration for your own project or are interested in exploring examples of gender-transformative and inclusive e-learning, we invite you to dive into our FemPreneur programme.
This learning programme features three basic courses to boost women’s entrepreneurship skills as well as digital and financial literacy. The courses have been co-designed with female entrepreneurs from Togo. They are currently available in French and will be made available in English shortly.
Business management
This course aims to strengthen women's entrepreneurial, leadership and management skills. Learners are taught the basics of business management, including planning and organizing, to ensure their business grows and succeeds.
Financial management
This course teaches essential investment and financial literacy skills of women entrepreneurs. The aim is to equip learners with the knowledge to effectively administer and manage resources, choose investment strategies, assess risks and make informed decisions when considering investments.
Digital marketing
This course introduces the basic concepts and tools of digital marketing. Learners will explore how to use a smartphone to grow their business, communicate with their network and give more visibility to their products.
